Big Country – OSTRICH WING “JUNIOR” AWNING

Experience the ultimate in off-road shade and camping convenience with the Ostrich Wing “Junior” 270° Awning — the tough, compact, and easy-to-use 4×4 awning built for Africa’s harshest adventures. Designed for SUVs, double cabs, and extra cabs, this awning delivers 7m² of durable shade and sets up in under 30 seconds, making it one of the most reliable and effortless vehicle awnings on the market.

Built Tough for the African Outdoors

Crafted from 320gsm rip-block canvas, the Ostrich Wing Junior Awning is UV-resistant, waterproof, and rot-proof, offering long-lasting protection against the elements. The raised centre spine design ensures effective water run-off and prevents sagging, while the reinforced aluminium truss arms pivot on nylon bushes for strength and smooth operation.

Compact Design, Powerful Performance

The Junior 270° awning packs big performance into a smaller 2.1m frame, with a lightweight 17kg build ideal for compact 4x4s. It opens 270 degrees around the vehicle’s side and rear, creating a large, shaded area for cooking, relaxing, or working outdoors.
In normal conditions, it’s fully self-supporting — no poles or ropes needed. When winds pick up, the included support pole ensures added stability.

Customizable & Adventure-Ready

Upgrade your setup with side wall kits, door and window panels, or LED light kits — all designed to zip seamlessly onto the awning for a complete outdoor shelter solution. Choose between Left-Hand or Right-Hand configurations to match your vehicle’s setup, and mount easily with a roof rack fitting kit (sold separately).
